After more than three decades in fire service, Brent Sterling founded Waswanay Consulting for a simple reason: too many communities and industries are asked to manage serious risk without the resources or training to do it. Waswanay closes that gap — bringing high-quality training, planning, and guidance to the people who need it most.

We are proudly owned and operated by First Nations Peoples, based in Rama, Ontario.
